Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll help. Please read the policy below before ordering.

For Egypt Orders

At Delivery (door-step check):

  • You may open the package and try the items while the courier is present.
  • You may accept the full order or return the full order on the spot. (Partial returns are not accepted.)
  • During sales and promotional offers, packages cannot be opened, exchanged, or returned.

After Delivery (within 2 days):

Exchanges or returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect, product damage, or factory issue, or if you received the wrong item/size/color.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video showing the issue.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or issue a refund/credit as appropriate.

Note: Change-of-mind requests are not accepted after the courier leaves. Delivery fees and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

For International Orders (Gulf Region)

  • No Cash on Delivery: All Gulf orders must be prepaid at checkout.
  • No exchange/return for change of mind.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund/credit.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request Help

  1. Send us your order number, issue description, and photos/video.
  2. Our team will verify and confirm the next steps (exchange, replacement, or refund/credit).
